• Lupus and Allied Diseases Association Inc., will not sell, share, or trade a donor’s personal information with other organizations, except where disclosure is required by law;

• Lupus and Allied Diseases Association Inc., will not send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations;

 

• Lupus and Allied Diseases Association Inc., does list all donor’s names in The Lupus Communiqué, its annual newsletter, unless the donor opts out by providing a written or verbal request for their donation to remain anonymous.
